François Houssin brings more than twenty years of ECM and M&A experience from leading investment banks and exchanges in addition to a large network of small, mid and large cap listed companies. François, until now responsible for the Equity Capital Markets activity at KPMG Corporate Finance, has built his expertise in financing solutions for listed companies since the end of the 90s. François started his career at Banexi (BNP Investment Banking) in 1999 before spending nine years at HSBC in their mergers, acquisitions and investment activities departments. From 2007 to 2016, François grew his expertise and strong knowledge of listed companies and exchange regulation at NYSE Euronext and Euronext as Head of Client Coverage. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of the financing issues faced by listed companies, François has developed numerous marketplace projects and best practices in order to find the best financing and liquidity solutions for companies, as both a member of the Issuers Committee of Paris Europlace and a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the IFA to promote best governance practices.

The multidisciplinary nature of his skills and his perfect knowledge of the market will enable him to bring significant added value to the development projects of Negma Group and their clients.
