As Director of Negma, Roberto is responsible for the equity Capital Markets activity of Negma in Italy. Roberto has a top-notched expertise in capital markets having assisted for more than twenty years some of the most important Italian industrial and financial groups in relation to a variety of equity transactions.

Prior to joining Negma, Roberto was the Partner responsible for the Equity Capital Markets activity of Hogan Lovells in Italy and the General Counsel of a Swiss Bank. Roberto holds a Law Degree from the University of Pisa and an LL.M. from New York University – School of Law.
